We are directly working with the hiring manager and looking for a Senior/Lead Tableau consultant for our direct client in Large Pharmaceutical industry.
Duration: Contract
Location: Onsite, Raritan, NJ (2-3 days a week)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience Leading, Design and Architect Tableau based data visualization solutions and leading to meet business requirements and optimize user experience.
- Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop complex and dynamic dashboards that provide deep insights and are easy to navigate. LOD Functions.
- Ensure Tableau solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security, adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement robust data models, ensuring data is structured for effective reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in leading or managing a team of BI developers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is a plus.
- Certification in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server is preferred.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R.
